Welcome to Willow Bank Residential Home
Willow Bank is a privately owned home, offering the facilities of residential care to 18 elderly people and day care places, specialising in over 65s dementia care. The home is registered and rated Outstanding by the CQC. The home comprises of a large detached house standing in pleasant, well kept gardens and is situated at the end of a cult-de-sac, which benefits from the lack of passing traffic. The house is a two-storey building with living accommodation on both floors.
Our residents do not live in our workplace, we work in their home.

Day Care Service
We are able to offer the facility of day care places, seven days a week. This allows us the flexibility of offering part time, full time or just a few hours day care, on a regular or ad hoc basis.
Day care can be arranged between the hours of 7am and 9pm with meals, baths and individual packages of care being provided according to personal needs and preferences. Our day care facility is flexible and we do our very best to support people living in the community and their families. Day care is an excellent route to take for people needing regular respite from loved ones, to introduce people to care and to get people socialising. In the event of individuals then requiring 24-hour care, they are already familiar with the staff, fellow service users, their surroundings and routines of the home.
